The United Arab Emirates canceled a temporary ban on the import of Ukrainian poultry products, introduced in mid-March due to outbreaks of bird flu, according to the website of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

In particular, the ban on the import of Ukrainian domestic and wild birds, poultry products has been abolished.
As reported, in mid-March, the ban on the supply of poultry products from all over Ukraine due to outbreaks of bird flu was introduced by Iraq, China, Qatar, Yemen, Jordan.
The principle of regionalization for the supply of Ukrainian poultry products was applied by Hong Kong, the EU, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates. The ban on deliveries to these countries concerns only those Ukrainian regions where outbreaks of avian influenza have been recorded.
In June and July, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi Arabia lifted the ban on importing poultry from Ukraine.
